EASY FRUIT COBBLER

EASY FRUIT COBBLER

1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. or 1 (29 oz.) can fruit (cherries, peaches, blackberries, rhubarb, etc.)

Melt butter in a 9 inch square pan. Combine flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder; mix well. Pour over melted butter. Do not mix. Pour fruit with juice over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
